What we collect
When you order we store your name, phone number, optional email, delivery address and order contents. If you create an account we also store your password in hashed form. We never store card numbers.
How we use it
Your details are used to prepare, deliver and support your orders, to show your purchase history, and to improve the catalogue. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and analytics
We keep your cart and language on your device. We also record anonymous page views on our own servers to understand which pages are useful. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account data at any time. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and delivery disputes.
